Pressure Calibration

We have undertaken
a consultancy project with National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi
for establishment of our Calibration lab for Dead Weight Testers
and Pressure gauges. Our Q.A. people have received extensive training
from NPL and our Master Dead Weight Tester has been characterised
and certified by them.

The uncertainty of
measurement associated with our master is now 130 PPM at a coverage
factor of k = 2 which translates to accuracy of + 0.007%.
Various transfer standards have been created by us for testing of
pressure gauges.

Testing is done by
cross floatation of our master tester which is the approved method.
Photocopy of the NPL certificate of our master shall be appended
to our test certificate. This will provide traceability to National
Standards.
